HOw CAn i get NOC to get pakistan national ID card
we are living in pakistan since 15 years..I passed matriculation from government girls high school township and my intermediate from IBL college in faisal town ..now i want to get addmission in Shaikha Fatima Institute of nursing and health sciences in B.SC.Medical Laboratory TEchnology course..They told me that you can not Aplly without Domicell and cnic and last date of addmision is 20sep 2014 ..they did not accept my forum ....Because i had no cnic and domicell of punjab ...Kindly tell me the way of getting cnic of pakistan and domicel..

People like him are destroying the image of afghans all over the world.Mr ambassador who doesnt even know the rules of his own embassy.while my university demanded NOC from me,he completely refused to issue it because of his lame excuses.When i went to university for help,the guy at university admin office sarcastically told me that ur own country ambassador doesnt want to help u,what do want from me.I couldnt get admission there.
