Dear sir, I American passport,I recently married in Afghanistan but inthe mean awhile i am living in Turkey.I would like to obtain my wedding certificates to bring my wife in Turkey. The judge in Afghanistan doesn't accept the passports i need to have Tazkera.can i apply through our embassy? Please could you furnish me with some information. Thank you.

Im one of the Afghan Paralympic swimmer in USA Portland Oregon
Before i was in Turkey Istanbul i was supposed to go Rio for Paralympic games but unforcunatly i couldnt go there i applied Afghan passport in Afghan embassy in Ankara i dont know my passport is still there if yes please let me know i really need that passport for my next swim meet in Canada its my email please let me know Abbas_Swim@comcast.net
