Hi concerning the High commission in pretoria I feel its not doing its job well I had a bad experience in 2003 when I applied for my passport untill now it has not been issued and no one was interested to help I had to use other means to get home. Please improve in this regard as I am coming to the embassy to apply for onother passport since the one I have just expired. Thank you
