My husband and I have been trying to reach them by phone (043947400) and also drove around all day looking for it in Dubai- no luck. Does anyone know if they actually exist in Dubai??
For last 10 days, we tried every phone number we found on the internet, but could not get through.
Can anyone confirm correct phone number and if the Consulate is operational ?

hello, can you please tell me if May 09-2010 the consulate is going to be open in Dubai? can you please answer me quick so i can do some changes if i need to, thank you so much for your assitence in advace.
Kamran- that person has to fly to Uzbekistan ASAP. Because they dont change passport here and that person might pay fine for breaching passport rules. As i've heard, only thing our consulate can do is - to give you some sort of paper and with that you can get your passport changed in one day + you need 9 to 11 days for OVIR. This is all what i know....Good luck mate.
