Dear Sir/ Madam,
I visited the United States in 2000 at the invitation of some American friends, who sent me the necessary documents on their part. But I do not remember what they were anymore.
Now some of my friends would like me to come and visit them again and would like to know what kind of documents that they have to send to me. By the way, they are members of Friendship Force International Clubs. I facilitated their visits to Myanmar on several occasions as I run a tour company in Myanmar and they got to meet Myanmar people from all walks of life.
I am looking forward to hearing from you and your advice.

I had experiencing sad things when I went to US Embassy at 29th October, 2014. Our ‘Rainmaker’ group members have some problems. But we could solve with the help of Embassy’s staff, Ms. Nan Khin Lay Nge. I can’t believe that why did they change their mind and don’t know why. And I have a question that ‘Do the staff of Embassy say a word different from yesterday and today’. The decision was one when five of us talk together. Then, the decision was another when we didn’t involve. I want to know, who lie to us? I was too wondering to know that so I waited till 1:00 pm that day and also tried many ways. However, no replied and contacted. I just want to complain about this matter to the responsible person.

AMERICAN DEODORANT
Until recently Burma Generals had little interest in Democracy system. Nowadays, Burma has been on the running situation of democracy system under the soothing of American and her friends of far and near regions. Is this good news or a nine days’ wonder for world people? Some say that Burma has been sold: American has been sold: both are sold: cause to be sold and so on. Everybody was astonished the news that is not going round likes rumors. Because American is an inventor of Human Rights weapon; Burma Army was in close collaboration with ‘UNHCR, ILO, NGO, CRC, ICRC, UNDP, NCRC, HRV, HRDU, HIV, AIDS, Licence to Rape, all sort of watch, all trafficking, Nobel peace, the Hagus of Netherlands and Sanctions’ for two decades. They have been friendly walking together on the “no longer burning road” in Burma in spite of being two monsters of dramatically appositive yesterday. But along the road there is poor visibility due to the smoke-screen on the road and in the mind.
At one time of 1948 and 1962, Burma was a democracy country with a lofty appearance amid the Asia’s rice field countries. A decade later by way of democracy, she is beginning to lose her looks due to the bad heritage of Colony. General Ne Win who loved the beauty very much seized power on March 2, 1962 and established Revolutionary Council and, had to keep the State beauty in time. With this, the Burma army alias Revolutionary Council government was becoming a hero in front of the political audience including both side of left and right with cheerful support due to the crusade against democracy and its procedure during the high tide of Cold War. Cheerful feelings however differed from each side of audience; for Leftists, it was excellent evidence that the Democracy of Capitalism was an awkward system for a community free from oversea reins; for the Rightists, Gracious! It could save a large country with 20 million people on the brink of Red Hole. Later on Burma Army was becoming more and more popular in further sector of homeland taking beautiful names such as BSPP (Burma Socialist Program Party), SLORC (State Law and Order Restoration Council), SPDC (State Peace and Development Council) respectively. As the Army has been at the significant role of world’s affair fields, she has also to face strong air wave of BBC, VOA, RFA, DVB, etc. With rising power of Army, her people were mounted up to composed standard to their brave Army in frill and fringe. It was a notable article of RFA (Radio Free Asia), illustrated by an author of Burmese. “On the full moon night of Buddha Day, a prostitute was raped by a bad gang in the road side. She was a pregnant with them and Burma Army was borne by her.” Under such condition, the Burma Army has abruptly faded away from the public view though she was with important role inland and oversea for a half century. Has her great moment with honorable risk for country faded away so soon under the democracy guide of American? Or else, is she trying to be a monster Army under cover of changing democracy? Or, shall she be followed her nose or by nose of American? It is certain that the Army has not violated Human Rights. Is she however violating Mind Rights to the world people co-operating with American?
If you yield about curiosity to dept or emphasis of American and Burma Generals, use your prudence on the following experience.
To the sense of American in Burma, it is not wholly new to Burmese authorities: they have been mysterious relationship for a long time and ago.
Once upon a time, with clash of Arakanese troops, British East India Company occupied northwest part Arakan Kingdom (East Bengal) in around 1770, and she was trying to advance southeast territory of Arakan Kingdom. Thereupon Burma (Ava) occupied the rest land and her capital city of Arakan. Thereby British sphere of influence came very close to the frontier of Arakan province of Burma (Ava). Twenty years after first Anglo-Burmese War (1826), Lord Dalhausie became the Governor-General of India; he was worrying about the advance of American and France in the eastern seas and a half falling of Burma which they were trying to defend British in some way. At that time, a couple of American was arrested by Burma Army in Rangoon port. They were examined in front of Mayor of Rangoon with the help of Indian interpreter.
Mayor—Hey Kalapyu (Englishman) why have you been here?
American—I’m not Kalapyu, I’m American, and I’ve been here to visit your beautiful country with my wife and my baby of newborn as a second honeymoon.
Mayor—you are the same with Kalapyu’s complexion, language and clothes, why not Kalapyu you are?
American—No, no, I’m not Kalapyu, I’m a pure American. I came from New World; Kalapyu live in Old World, it’s too far away.

You see, I came from America of New World. We fought against Kalapyu about 50 years ago and drove them out from our country. So Kalapyu is our enemy; I do not mix Kalapyu.
Here Mayor of Rangoon told Indian interpreter by Burmese.
Mayor—Hey interpreter, do you understand Kalapyu language very well?
Interpreter—yes sir, I understand very well.
Mayor—is it certain that he came from New World?
Interpreter—Yes sir, it is certain that he came from new world and it is sure that he is not Kalapyu conflict against Ava (Burma).
Mayor—then he must come from new world by some kind of flying object. Neither steamer nor ship sailing by water way: he is twisting me around. Therefore you interpreter and you General must keep the secret of alien coming from new world and don’t talk about it even your wives and, arrange to sent them Naepretaw (capital city) with enough security forces; and I and interpreter shell go by another ship tomorrow.
At the special room of palace in capital city, the King, Queen and some minister including the Royal monk were chatting about heavenly beings of Buddha time, existence of un-countless universe, the beings of ten thousand extra-galactic systems of universe were cheered up about the enlightenment of Buddha. While they were chatting and eating betel nut, the American couple was fetched into the room covering those long black-robes along with Rangoon Mayor, interpreter and some security personals. And Rangoon Mayor said.

One is EB type or Elephant Bird, use for traveling, another one is HB or Horse Bird, use for military. Once you have two Horse birds, Kalapyu are unable to keep your out skirt territories. Let alone your outskirt it is not easy to govern a large country India. Therefore, rest assure, let me go to hidden place with my wife first; from there, let me go on my homeland new world with my wife. When I came back, it is sure; I shall bring two Horse birds. Moreover, Your Majesty gives a latter to our president so as to have friendly relationship in future.
The King remarked by Burmese and told his ministers.
King—Yes I agree with him, what he say is reasonable idea. It is the great chance to be Sakarwaday king (Emperor of all India) for me; then what’s your opinion of my ministers, have you any objection about it?
Minister—I would like to ask him a question, that in spite of Hoses bird army they have, why not their king of new world has not yet occupied to the old world where there are one-sidedly bullied by Kalapyu?
American—Your Majesty and Minister, you see, in our new world, there is not kingship: only we have President elected by public to rule the country. And our President and people take the idea of that “the invasion to other country by forces is an old-fashioned culture of human beings.” So our people feel shame to follow that old-fashion. That’s why we do not relate lower human beings cases like Kalapyu. But I will help your Majesty; I will try to understand my President.
King—yes, right, maybe, it is possible; that’s reminded me to admonition of my Royal monk: heaven beings are not related in human being business as we do not want to relate dog business.
King—Ok, American of new world listen to me, while you are going to your new world with your family, I would like to carry my two daughters along with you so that you could fetch four Horse birds for military use on your return.
American—Your Majesty, you’re right, don’t worry about it, allow me to a space as wide as a goat leather to build a school in Rangoon; by attending and studying American technical education in that school, your future generations shall become experts to drive Horse bird and Elephant bird. On the other cause, about the flying object, especially Horse bird, carrying into your country must be kept as the Royal secret. If the secret leak out the Kalapyu may seize all your country as quickly as possible before you have Horse bird.
King—that’s right, I shall try not to leak out Royal secret. And you will get a space not only as wide as goat leather but elephant leather to build a school. However you should leave your son with my Queen and she is also still breastfeeding and loves your son very much, because it is entangled with baby on the long journey.
American—O! Your Majesty, it is not possible, my wife will be so depressed absent her son: this is very cause, more delay what our journey.
King—Oh I see, then, you go quickly and come back two Horse birds before Kalapyu attack my country.
American of New World neither could come back before the Second Anglo-Burmese War (1955) nor Third Anglo-Burmese War (1886). When in the 1954, the Prime Minister and Members of Parliament in Rangoon government were furious about faint news on which that Americans were supporting White Chinese rebels in the Northeast of Burma.
