Me & my husband is going for a holiday to Mexico , I am a Canadian citizen, my husband is holding a permanent resident of Canada. Our ticket is from Vancouver to LAX and LAX to Mazatlan, it's a connecting flight, Since we are going to stop at LAX airport, my questions is does my husband needs a US Visa., since we are going to have a connecting flight to LAX to Mazatlan.
