Now that the diplomatic relations between the states and Libya have been upgraded and that an american embassador is residing in tripoli i would like to know until when the ordinary libyans' suffer will continue! Ironically enough the hoders of diplomatic passprts( the libyan officials) do not have to travel to Tunisia and obtain their visas in tripoli. I know that you have an answer fpr my question, but do please respect my intelligence and give me a " swallable answer"! Thank you
