American assistance
Dear Madame/ Sir
I would like to know if our comments are of any importance to the State Department? As a Libyan I am very pleased with the positive development between the two countries, but I was expecting more from the States who showed more interest, under the leadership of president Obama, in Dipolamacy and decides to use soft rather than hard power. Accordingly I was expecting grants and scholarships for young professors, Engineers, and doctors. These categories suffered the most during the past 30 years and the need care and help.
Thank you

Visas
Dear Madame/ Sir
I am glad that the ordinary libyans are finally capable of obtaining their visas here in Tripoli! Thank you and I hope that the libyan government would do the same for the ordinary americans.I also hope that no matter how bad the diplomatic relations between the two countries may go in the future, this, I wish, should not effect neither the cultural/ scientific nor the technical cooperation between the USA and Libya
