I'm disappointed that I got turned down & honestly its not so much about the money, I wanted 2 go 2 the U.S for my grandfather's funeral. I love this man 2 the moon and back and it would of been my grtest wish 2 say a final goodbye. And I'm not saying this bcuz I didn't get tru the fact is the grl didn't even look at my documents & then said I'm not established enough. My husband owns a business & does another job & I wrk & go 2 school. My husband said we'll try again an I said no bcuz those ppl have no consideration for other ppl. I totally agree wit not allowin ppl who commit crimes etc bt TRINIS aren't de only ones that does wrong..I wil neva advise any1 to go for dere American visa..SAD
I AM AN AMERICA CITIZEN AND RECENTLY BEEN TO TRINIDAD AND GOT ROBBED BY CRIMINALS WITH GUNS.GOING TO THE POLICE IS LIKE GOING TO THE CRIMINALS THEMSELVES.THE POLICE FORCE IS SO CORRUPTED YOU WOULD NOT BEGIN TO COMPREHEND.THEY THE POLICE IF NOT CORRUPTED ARE LAZY AND CANNOT EVEN WRITE A SIMPLE REPORT..IF YOU DRIVE THERE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE REACHING YOU HOME YOU MIGHT JUST BE FOLLOWED AND VIOLENTLY BE ROBBED AS MANY HADS EXPERIENCE..THE BLACKS ARE VERY VICIOUS IN THERE ROBBERY ATTEMPT,.I WOULD NEVER PROMOTE TRINIDAD OR ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE.THE PEOLE/LOCALS ARE TRICKY,ILITERATE,IGNORANT,LOUD AND ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO TAKE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY OR WORSE MURDER OR KILLED YOU THE BLACKS ARE MOSTLY COMMITING THE CRIMES (99%) .THEY ARE MURDERING THE CHINESE AND INDIANS FOR THEIR MONEY AS THESE PEOPLE ARE MOSTLY BUSINESS PEOPLE ..YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE ENTERING AMERICA MORE LESS FOR STAYING OR VACATIONS..GOD BLESS AMERICA....
I love travelling so when i get a little change , and my vacation time , i goes to the embassy to try and get my visa , i got through one time , a nice guy attended to me , i went for 2 two weeks, and ever since that time when i go back to that embassy they tell me i have nothing to come back home for,I don't understand that because every yr i travel and return back home

I was born in Trinidad and migrated to America46 years ago. I worked three jobs when I was young and supported my three girls after my divorce. I loved working. I sent my children to college and now one is a doctor. I own a home and still pay a mortgage nothing in this world is free. But where I. The world where people come from different countries and get sometimes a free education. I obtained my masters at the age of 59 Where else can you achieve these things? I visit Trinidad sometimes twice a year. I see people who because you're from, America they think that you walk on the streets and pick up the money. If you lay down too long they would steal you too. I have hired cars to take me around and not once did the driver offer to buy me lunch or breakfast. Everyday I would pay him for transporting me and buy him breakfast or lunch. Of course when I would buy lunch he would take it upon himself to buy himself a drink without asking. And you think Trinidad is nice. We Americans do not to steal from people we work hard for what we want. Many Trinidadians think that people owe them something. America is the greatest country in the world!!! If Trinidad is so great why do you want to visit America. Stay in Trinidad and enjoy the weather and no water, no electricity. In America we have diversity, a melting pot and what weather Spring, Summer, fall and winter.
I went with my daughter to apply for her visa she is 18yrs old I got the appointment every thing she had her invitation letter from her cousin from the us her acceptance letter from uwi I went with her but stsyed outside did not go into the building thing vshe is of age when she came out I ask you got it no why she said the lady did not even looked at her papers she ask who is funding you my mother my daughter said where is her she is outside I will called her no don't callher you were not successful can someone tell me what whent on there I would really like to know

Is it safe to go to America now i dont want to pay that kinda money and not get a visa and then i am out of this amount no visa and America not safe to be there . My thing is we should be refunded three quarter of our money we d people who just want to visit and come back to our Paradise yes Paradise not greedy for money people who will suffer thereselves in America for d dollar Trinidad is Sweet yes people Sweet visit when safe but live in Trinidad. America is just a scam for politicians in Trinidad to escape European colonisation.Trinidadians fear to Broadcast British TV .They solely rely on American TV they are afraid people recognize they are still very British
