I just resently completed my online form and made my appointment date which is on the 21st of March next week Friday 10:30 am.. after filling that section out the next page appeared saying,
We sorry send an email to the consular section, your name, appointment date and time.. that really got me confused, do I just send a regular email with the information?? And is my appointment confirmed,
Please help me, coz I followed all step required for the Appointment section including my barcode number,

I am a struggle student who come from Koropata Village in Sohe District of Northern Province. I have completed my Grade 12 in 2016.
So far, I have applied to Datec Learning Center to take Advanced Professional Diploma program and was accepted. However, my family at the village are unable to pay my school fee because it's too much expensive. My educational cost is beyond the living level of the villagers.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The Williame Primary School is a remotest and disadvantage school located in South Wiru Rural Local Level Government area in the sub Pangia District in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea. Our school is cut off from road links and is accessible by walking from Pangia Government Station for 7-9hours before.
The school was established in 1969 with the assistance of Catholic Missionaries in partnership with the Government and serves about 20 council awards. Over the years it educated thousands of children to date.
Currently, our teachers and students desperate need to learn modern computer sciences and information technology systems, thus we are looking for donors to donate our school with 40 computers, 15 laptops and a high grade sustainable power source (solar or wind power) to be equipped that our students get access to learning and training with computer and IT systems etc.
Therefore, if your embassy have any kind and resources donation schemes to assist schools, then we would be so appreciative to know information and other relevant documents regarding the subject matter.
