I am a US citizen since 1996. It has been 14 years since I applied for my brother and his daughter, they had interviewed on July 31, 2014. they were told to bring DNA test to prove themselves as father and daughter. It Has been over a month since the DNA result has reach your office. Since then we have not heard from you. I wonder if that is the basic routine or they have been ignored by your office. Sir or Mrs, I am a good citizen work and pay taxes like any other american. I would like to see a result. Evrything you need from me was provided by the US. Please think about it.

I have been calling them for the past five weeks and emailing them for the past 3 weeks and I to have not received any responds. Not only do they not keep you informed about your case but you can't just go to the consulate without a rendezvous. Is there another way i can find out about my case?

It says on their website it takes only within 2 weeks to recieve an interview date why is it taking over a mont America needs to open their eyes and do something about thier Embassy in Haiti because it is certainly bringing down their appearance the quality and efficiency of thier service is by far the worst!

horrible service
This embassy is by far the worse that I have ever experienced their customer service representatives are rude and certainly not educated I truly hope America see' who they are putting in as counsular' to represent their country I have never seen such unorganized rude and disrespectful service from a federal organization as I have seen with the EmbassyOf America in Haiti this must be corrected and changed
