Changes need to be mabe at the embassy.
My advice is, the people who work for Haiti messager are very rude and know how talk to people, they have no type of training what so ever. The receptionists are sucks they are very rude, they don't care. The consulars are nice they treat you as a human being. The embassy is an American embassy it should be treated as such. If I need help I should be able to get help at any time. They should agency available to help people that are in needs. Just like over here In America. If I need to go to immigration building I make an appointment online. Immigration should do the same thing for people who need to get information or to see a consulate at the embassy.

No service
No one care. My fiance went on his interview June 10, since than no update on his passport every time I checked. Tried to chart with an agent wait for 20 minutes, one came and said" My name his Mary, how may I help you" , I wrote my information and wait for 3 hours, she never write one word back to me, so did, Von, Joseph. I start over with another one same thing, I end up spending almost 7 hours no one help me. I thought that anything that bear America name was customer service, helping their citizens. That is the first time in my life I ever have to deal low class service like that. I'm writing that comment I know it will not go any where, butI just want to put my frustrations out. But if there is ssomeone nice enough that would like to help me get the answer of my questions I would appreciate it. How long it takes to get in update on a passport after the interview? How long they may hold the passport? Is there any way to talk to an agent, to get some info on our case.
Sincerely!

k1 visa return appointment
my delima is that my fiance went for his interview on june 1st at the us haiti embassy. He informed the consular that I was there in haiti waiting for him. The consular asked him to return with me. The problem is we have been calling the call center for over a week to make an appointment to get back into the embassy to see the consular. Each time we call we are told that we would get an email within 2 days with instructions for our appointment. To date we have not received an interview date. I am here stuck in haiti and dont know what to do to get back in to see the consular. You cannot even enter the building without an appointment. Can some one help me?

I was received an letter appointment for y daughter January 22, 2014, they give me the lists of document messing, since that time I trying every where to submitted the missing document to RBC service and to American Embassy they turned me down, I made phone Calls nobody seem to be care. The Haitian Embassy employees very disrespectful you cannot even ask them question, until now I never received any appointment to the Embassy I am asking who ever responsible should take action. they need to train when ever become to hireing, because the Haitian not ready for that kind of position. please I think I will receive the closest appointment for my daughter
case number ptp22009752022. And any body file petition for your relatifs take long as much of 12 years you need to take action is to long someone have to do they jobs.
