Don't Visit Tulum Federal Park
I am sending a letter to you and Senator Flake about a negative experience I had at Tulum. It is not a safe place to visit because no one who works there is willing to help in case of an accident even if the park is closing. DANGER!

Consular officers criteria to apply 214(b)
While I understand that the immigration system doesn't work based on merit, I had faith that being honest on a visa application (B1-B2) would help me and my sister to see each other again. My family and I used to visit my sister in my hometown every other year when my children were little. After this "recession" we haven't been able to visit her so my husband decided that was less expensive if she come to visit us than the 4 of us go to see her. My sister got her documents ready and my husband paid her application, I helped her filling it out and here we go!!!! I had faith! We were being honest, she doesn't want to live here!!!! she just wants to see us. She is not rich but we have lots of land that my dad left us and she takes care of that, she CAN NOT immigrate. Today she face the consular officer and got denied under the INA section 214(b)....Really?!?!?!?!?! The officer only ask where was she planning to go and who Atlas was? Under HIS CRITERIA she didn't demonstrate that she has strong ties to her home country...HOW? if Mr. Whatever his name is, didn't take a chance to see my sister documents. "Strong ties vary from country to country, city to city and person to person" as is cited on the web page but include Job, Home, relatives and family.... How did Mr. freaking officer determine she has not home if he didn't even see her titles??? How are we supposed to know what does she needs to re-apply other than the fat fee? I am an American citizen by naturalization my children are by birth and so my husband that is the sponsor, and this officer has proved one more time that the immigration system are biased. Do she need to look rich? In your criteria: Won't you think that the 60 years old lady on front of you window, that walks with difficulty, is not coming here to work? or to live with out benefits? or to abuse the welfare? she doesn't qualify for that dude and she is not interested on living in US other wise she wouldn't wait to be 60 years old to come to the window to be interviewed by a consular officer with such a lame criteria.

corruption medical chetumal mexico
I have had a hip surgery in chetumal, I paid 8000 dollars cash for this surgery. The prosetheis failed it was dtermined it was to short. The doctor did another surgery the following April and changed the shaft to a longer one, it failed also. Now he tells me that he didnt do the first surgery it was done by another surgeon who wants no responsibility for his part in this. I have been in wheelchair 2 years now, I have lived in Bacalar off and on for 15 years, I have reported this to our deputado he called the director of general hospital about the doctor who is resonsible Dr. Robert B. GUTIERREZ and Dr Arturo Ulisis Diaz Torres, who kept quiet about the fact that he only assisted Gutierrez in the surgery, dr diaz soeaks english, he should have discussed with me prior to surgery that he wasnt my surgeon, this was at Clinica Independencia in Chetumal. Also the deputy called seguro popular to sprak about my insurance, that Gutierrez is blocking mr to have another surgery in hospital general by a different doctor, or send me to merida. I gave copies of all my papers of ins. to the sub directo at the seguro popular, right before easter, he was supposed to investigate this and call me back I havent heard yet from him. I havent heard from the director at the hospital about a meeting with these two doctors. I need help. I live on a small pension here I Iam happy here. But this is not good at all. pls respond tomarrow if you can thamk you.
