Complain Against RSO inaccurate Judgement From RSO FSNI Wrong Report Against me,
Recently i am innocently terminated from my job by RSO and as the result lost all my privilege. Now my life and my family life is in danger.
I have prepared a complain letter against their wrong,inaccurate judgment and wonder how to send you?

My Name is Sardaryab Shirzad from Nangarhar, the senior motor pool GSO dispatcher at the American Embassy in Kabul. I have been working for the US mission in Afghanistan for the last 12 years. During this tenure I have provided my service with utmost honesty and dedication and risked my life in many occasions. During this time I have received numerous awards for my outstanding performance while working for the embassy. Ironically last week my security clearance has been revoked for no reason. It was just because I was pashtun and the FSNI did not like me. They made this speculation few weeks ago and I put in a picture all concerned including GSO and RSO offices.
It is 11 years and a few months I worked and served better with my honesty, so after 11 years it is not fair and not acceptable the RSO Says your Security Clearance is revoked! I think there is not good judgment in HR Section and RSO Section as well. At that time when RSO sent me the email for the 3rd time of polygraph, I scared and taught this was a game for my termination case of FSNI RSO, then I went and talked with HR officer Mrs. Natalie Coza about to give resign and quite my duty with Embassy and keep save my SIV, She made a pretend and told me go and talk with your supervisor, but I already sent my resign letter to my Supervisor to Mrs. Veronique Drilling, she told me don’t give resign you will lose the SIV as well if you give resign, I went and talked with American Consular for my resignation and talked about safeness of my SIV, The American Consular told me if you give resign it will not effect on your SIV, when I come back to give resign talked seriously with my supervisor Mrs. Veronique Drilling, she called the RSO to Mr. Douglass he told to Vero, he can’t give resign because he is now under go and assigned for the 3rd time of Polygraph, then Vero went on leave and RSO Douglas came to MP office and told me Hey Shirzad you are safe and good, there will be nothing happen with you, I became happy and waited for the 3rd time of polygraph, but they didn’t let me for the 3rd time polygraph and they destroyed all my life before from 3rs time of polygraph about misjudgment and not true report of FSNI for the MOI Police Guard of US Embassy for misconduct, and terminated me early morning 06:15 am on July-11-2013, I told to HR officer and to Mr. Jean RSO who was firing me at time, I told them what happen and why there is no real judgments ?I seriously told to HR officer who are not listening to FSN Staffs to hear the truth and do a good judgment for him or her that, why I am getting fire now, (She replied yeah I know, so if you know then why you are not helping with employee? Also I told all the story of wrong report of FSNI to HR Officer, Mrs.N,Koza ! She told me at that time yeah I am sorry, just she knows Sorry but she can’t help with any one! She told I am sorry this is a big shock but I am very sorry and also said it is first day of Ramadan I am very sorry that’s it, (Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, Story is finished)
So tell me is this the real true judgment? Is this the human being and humanity? Is this honest work, at US Embassy with employees to dismiss any one with wrong witness and not true report? Is this the right way that American RSO listen only for FSNI and not investigating employees with themselves? Nobody will see American RSO at any happen! Only at end American RSO Show themselves when they are taking badge from employee. I don’t believe on them and this is completely misjudgment and big fraud with all FSNs, they putted all employees for a big war with Taliban and Al-Qaida, because we worked with US Embassy and all Taliban and Al-Qaida are against of American People, in this case also all Americans knows, so we are now also bad people for Taliban and Al-Qaida and also all employees names are in blacklist with all enemies of US Embassy, even Pakistan and Iran as well, they also against of American people that’s why we worked for American and we serve better with our honesty, and we passed good time and got many awards and appreciated letters from different people of diplomat ,
I drove with DCM deputy chief of mission for almost 2 years in 2004, in light armored vehicle, after 1 year RSO Came and said why you are driving this car with DCM? this is light armored car, I told them this belong to you guys to give me full armed vehicle, I am just a chauffeur for DCM, I am not authorized to get a car and I was not know who are giving vehicles, so think if I was bad person then why I was driving light armored vehicle with DCM ?
Also I am scared and can’t show myself to everybody because I worked for US Embassies and everybody know me, they will kill me if they know I am terminated from US Embassy, in addition I am from well know family, My father was nominated for presidential Election in 2009 – Everybody knows my father was under firing in Mahipar Jalalabad Road for 2 hours, Taliban attacked on them, one MOI, Police body guard was died (Shaheed)and 4 other were injured, they are still alive, you can ask them From (Nazmi Ama HQ) what was happen? so how my Security clearance revoked? I know this was not security issue this was big game made for me from FSNI and from my Supervisor Ahmad Shah Ghory,
During my former communications, I have clearly informed you and all concerned, about a misbehavior of a security police guard of the embassy. He badly abused me in front of his colleagues despite the fact he knew I’m a full time staff member of the Embassy. The only mistake I made was to report this misconduct to my supervisors and line authorities. I was very clear in my message that I have been abused for no reason and wanted to pass this message in order to avoid such behavior with other embassy personnel.
Instead of any disciplinary action against the security guard I was set for investigations, And serious criticism from RSO office insert unjustified letter in my file. I have provided almost over 12 years of faithful service to the US mission in Afghanistan and in return injustice is occurring in my path. I firmly believe it’s a personal hatred that some FSNIs at RSO office demonstrate against Pashtoons. I have recently passed my second security re certification procedures including polygraph and I have completed them successfully. They have ironically sent me for the third other set of forms and asked me to undergo polygraph again. I firmly believe it’s a conspiracy against me and with this they wanted to fire me.
Now I terminated and I quietly set at Home and I can’t work anywhere else I am scaring. How I protect myself and my family here in this bad situation in Afghanistan? Working in US Embassy is not any jock for almost 11 years and a few months, we have already blacklisted with all Al Qaida and Taliban. So what should I do and what should my family do? Also I am scaring from FSNI RSO Commander Zahir, Mustafa, Samullah they searched my files and wrong report in my files and Ghazi FSNI was abused and assaulted and use his misuse authority the RSO Position. because they already have contact and relation with all Afghan Government Security offices, Out Side from Embassy they can do everything with me, please also I need that support as well, that’s why I am telling truth and mentioned their names in my email When Zahir came from his Police job to Embassy RSO Section, everybody knows many sinless Employees terminated when he investigated from him or her, it mean he is making credits for himself in false investigation and he doesn’t know that his is destroying the life of other employee forever, because my security clearance revoked and my all done SIV procedures were also finished and was waiting for VISA, he found wrong witness of NDS, guy about a small incident with police, everybody knows there is his close relative is working in that police checkpoint for US Embassy and Commander Kazim is his close friend Commander Kazim came instead of him at that check point, so he has power and can make all kind of misreport and can wrong witness to the American RSO Section and firing sinless employees after long time service at US Mission. Why employee’s lives are destroying by Zahir or other FSNI? When Security Clarence revoked for any employee, and then is it possible to find a job somewhere else? All Organizations will call to HR for his careers and previous job, HR will reply to him or her, his security clearance is revoked so how that office will help to any employee, It is completely impossible and not acceptable, this is big fraud and corruption.
I terminated from office after almost 12 years with no reason and I spent lots of money on Passports for my 9 family members, and we did all vaccinations everything done. So why US Embassy and SIV Offices are not taking care of me and my family and children?
What we should do now and how we can keep ourselves away from the Taliban and other enemies of US Government and Afghanistan Government as well and where should we go? Should we go and kill ourselves by the Taliban that’s why we served better with honesty for US Embassy Almost 12 years? I don't know who will help us to see our obligation and solve our big problem?
I have all approved documents And witness of my email That I have given to the GSO Officers and RSO Officers, Against the FSNI RSO those who had problems with me one year before on May-10-2012, So now A few weeks before they found for me the new trouble which I already mentioned in this letter a small incident with MOI Police Guard Misconduct, and that was police fault not mine but only my fault is! that’s why I gave report to our GSO Supervisor and RSO Section, I was not aware the Police Guards they have relatives and relationship in FSNI RSO section in US Embassy! FSNI RSO had bad behavior with me almost from one year before, that’s why they investigated and told me your Speed was 80 km per hour when the Police Guard was blocking the Road for KESEF Convoy of our US Embassy, and they mentioned, there was another witness of Afghan NDS Security guard told and mentioned about me, that was my fault and i gave warning to Police, this was completely lie and wrong and nobody can give warning to Police or any other security people, This was unbelievable, not acceptable, this was a big fraud and game for my firing and was losing my job and case for my special immigration visa of the united states of America,(SIV) Everyone knows this was a big game for my termination about FSNI RSO, Special in Afghanistan, killing and kidnaping of humans are easiest then ducks and hens here in Afghanistan, I did not give warning to any body and FSNI RSO also said did you show your Embassy ID to Police for warning? I told them no sir I know the procedures almost 12 years I am working for US Embassy that was not true that was wrong and lie, Also FSNI RSO Has relation with all Afghan Government with all Security Offices, they can find all kind of wrong witnesses and make a deal among themselves and destroy the life of a sinless person and put him or her in a big trouble, Like they did and destroyed my life,
Zahir RSO FSNI was police Commander before, he became angry and yields to me and said that was your fault that’s it! Mustafa FSNI RSO also gave me warning and said don’t tell the lie otherwise you will be in a big trouble, I told them I am not telling lie and I am a honest and faithful person for US Embassy almost 12 years, So why I should tell the lie, I told them I gave email and I complaint about the small incident of MOI Police so why RSO are investigating from me? But here was a fraud and big game from the beginning with FSNI RSO and They converted my compliant and email direct back on me, and they putted me in a very big trouble even I didn’t see this kind of misjudgment in my life, after 20 or 25 days they terminated me and took my ID and also they send me a security clearance revoked letter and SIV Reject email as well, without 3rd time of polygraph with no any special reason, just this was FSNI RSO and MP Supervisor Ahmad Shah Ghory game and Problem,

But yesterday they called to my Nephew Mr. Mohammad Almas Shirzad for an interview at 08:00 am today, so my Nephew is working with Special Force in Wardak Province, it is very dangerous province and roads are very dangerous, so he called to Mr. Ghazi FSNI several time from Massoud circle, but they didn’t answered, so now at least 09:15 they answered to Almas and told him go now and we will call you next week, and his name was at list for an interview today, and he was waiting from 07:30, I think it is not fear they are calling to people for interview then they are giving new time again, he can’t come every day, he is interpreter with American special force in Wardak province,
