Dear Sirs: My Grandson went to visit his father in Jalisco. His father got into an authercation and was put in jail. How can I get my grandson back home. He was born in Texas in 2004. Request for "fingerprint" appointment
My nice is in Jalisco and needed an appointment to get fingerprinted at the American Consulate-General. She doesn't have access to "technology" in her hometown, so she asked me to solicit an apt. on her behalf. I sent the request via email . .they replied within 24 hours with an appointment for my nice for two days later. This is my first time ever trying to do business with the ACG via internet and am very pleased with the customer service ethic. I will close by saying, "thank you for being so attentive to the needs of the consumer and the community in need". Thank goodness for technology!
