I am Tanzanian, a holder of a Diploma of Clinical Optometry (1991) at the School of Optometry, KCM College (Kilimanjaro) and Diploma of Health Promotion (2010) at the Primary Health Care Institute (Iringa), Tanzania.
For being interested in improving my career for the improvement of human lives through improving their eyes’ health (Primary Eye Health Care), I have applied for the Bachelors Degree of Optometry at the Bharathi Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune - India. I had paid fees for elligibility and processing I have qualified attestation for joining the third year, and so I have to start studies any time from now there after in the next year I have to do my internship.
By now I am faced with financial challenges for tuition and accommodation fees for one academic year.
Please, I am asking your good office in the US Embassy to assist me financially (with grants) to further my education to attain my degree within the mentioned period.
