Unlocated & Non-existent
Today, 4th of March 2019, l tried to locate the Uruguayan Consulate in Manila as listed, 2/F GT TOWER, Ayala Ave., Makati. Guards were clueless at first if said consulate is still in their building. Unfortunately, it's not on the 2nd floor...nor the 14th floor. Was eventually told it transferred to the Makati Stock Exchange w/c is 3 blocks away. Sad to say, it's not a tenant of the MSE therefore, it's safe to say it's unlocated & non-existent.

Very Disapointed With The Incorrect Information Online
My name is Alvaro Gustavo Diaz, I am a Uruguay Citizen and I am trying to obtain the right address and phone number for the Uruguay Embassy in Malina Philippines. My 2 daughters were born in the Philippines and I would like to apply for their Uruguay Passport. We live here in Hangzhou China so, the Shanghai Embassy suggested to contact the Philippine Embassy for any requirements but, even the address and phone number they gave us is incorrect. How is it that such an important Government Office like the Uruguay Embassy is no where to be found ?
You can see the other comments on this website, have the same problem. Please, can any Government Representative do some research and obtain the correct information for the Urugauy Embassy in Philippines. It will be greatly appreciated by all Uruguayan Nationals as well as all future tourist. PLEASE HELP PUT URUGUAY ON THE MAP AND UP TO DATE WITH THE RIGHT EMBASSY INFORMATION, THAT WILL BE A GOOD START.

Sincerely,
Alvaro Gustavo Diaz
