Visa for Uruguay
Dear Sir/Madame,

Iwould like to travel through Urugay from February until April 2014.I would like to obtain a visa prior to entering the country. Please inform me how long it takes to get the visa in Bangkok and what documents I have to bring.

very confusing!!!!!!
To whom it may concern,

I am Thai Citizent and will soon join the 13-day South America Cruise start from Buanos Aires then via Uraguay Port for 5 hours before head off the Ocean on to Chile,the question is am I need to apply for tourist visa to entry the port or should remain on board?
