I am going to apply for an ancestry visa and wanted to check that photocopied birth certificates that are certified by the NZ Police will be accepted or do I need to send orignal birth certificates?
Thank you :)
I am waiting for immigration NZ to issue me with a 3 year work permit but apparently they can't do that because I don't have enough empty pages to print the visa in. can I get an extension of pages in my passport from Wellington or a replacement passport there or do I have to send it back to the UK? My sister is very ill in England and I don't want to be without my passport for long as I may need to travel to the UK.
Hi. I am looking and working over in the UK and want to know if by applying for a british passport and visa and is granted, will this let me have the opportunity to live and work over in Britain?
I hold a British passport ,my husband a Australian passport,
and my 2 children have New Zealand passports.
We want to visit the UK for 9 months next year.
We have accomodation and enough money to support our selves.
My parents are getting older and my father has only been given a short time to live .
How do we go about getting a extension on a 6 month visa ?
Can not find any help on web site .
We may go over to Europe so will they issue us another one when we come back ?
Kind regards
Hi,
I am currently visiting England on a 6 month visitor pass (visa-waiver granted to NZers). At the end of the 6 months visit here I plan to go to Norway for 3 months. My question is, how long until I am allowed back in England again, say on another 6 month visitor pass (I understand that the visitor pass is not a visa and is granted at the time and subject to border control approval).
I can't find any information anywhere on this and contacted the NZ embassy in London who sent me a useless form directing me to border control rules online, but with no real answer.
Hi there,as an Englishman living in christchurch I'm currently on a works to residence visa.Took a trip to Sydney last week and on arriving back to chch I foolishly put my passport through the washing machine, the pic on the passport has completly faded. What is the best way to rectify this?can I get another passport from Wellington or do I have to send it back to UK?
Many thanks
Jono
I have been asked by an associate to be a counter signatory. He is in the process of applying for a British passport. I hold a British and New zealand passport but both are expired. Is this going to stop me from being a counter signatory for my associate ?
I'm renewing my British passport.
I'm seeking confirmation as to whether I'm obliged to send in my expired NZ passport with my application as per the wording in my subject header?
I'd really appreciate some advice.
my grandchildren were born in new Zealand their mother my daughter is British can the children get british passports
Passport expiring October
Av planned Australian holiday booked 17th May
and cruise 15th to 25th June.
Apparently they require a passport with 6 months
validity.
Rules have changed I now have to send passport to UK for renewal with 4 to 5 weeks process timeframe makes the first holiday doubtful unless I fly to wellington to obtain an emergency travel document. All this expence completely
