I have the same problem as Jean. Sent my son's passport 2 weeks ago to Washington . The parcel tracking says it was delivered, but no money has been charged to my credit card. I rang Washington on +12025886500 and spoke to an actual person, who told me that all passport applications are sent to England and the number to call and check if they have received the passport is. 011 44 300 222 0000.

I'm African and I have a USA green card, can I enter the UK territory with just my national African passport and my green card without a visa? It's just for 1 or 2 weeks to visit a friend
I have seen several posts about slow passport renewal. In the past I have sent renewals to the embassy in DC. Now I think I have to send it to the UK. Anyone know for sure??
