I have being having this issue for several days now and he needs to fly to the UK soon for an exhibition he will be attending. Who can i contact as this is urgent and all numbers for the consulate ask you to call other numbers and tell you they closed at 11:00 on a Monday morning or the UK Border Agency is no longer in business. Please assist. My email address is training@nemtek.com

I originally had a blue passport which was replaced with a red passport and this passport expired in July 2010. My question is, do I have to start all over again and submit all documentation (some were not returned to me) or can I submit my passports with all documentation?
My husband applied for a settlement visa and was declined, we appeald the decision and the appeal was granted, we received our letter from the British Embassy on the 29 January and forwarded it to Pretoria via e mail to ask if they have received there copy, I have been sending e mail up and down until now and they keep saying they haven't received it or don't reply, yet when we phone the British Embassy they assure us it has been sent to Pretoria, we cannot leave until Pretoria gets there copy and issues the visa which is a huge problem as after receiving our copy we have made all the arrangements to leave but still cannot, I don't know who else to speak to or who to take this up with as I am getting no luck from Pretoria at all and we really need to leave, we waited over a year for this to be granted and now its so fustrating that we have been querying from January and still no luck, can someone help or suggest what we should do next?
