Hello my husband and I have lost or possibly been stolen our passports we are stuck in at tropez at moment how do we get home please

Car stolen in st Raphael while i was on the beach left with nothing am in t shirt and flip flops had to borrow train fare to British consulate off a barman in exchange for my watch.on arrival at consulate told to piss off not our problem.

My friends where on the return to England last night but due to certain circumstances one has been arrested after being assaulted by airport security police and violently taken to the floor , we are now trying to see where they have put her but no body is cooperating
A friend of mins travelling on a British passport into France was told that in the future she would require a visa for France is she was staying more than 3 months. We have not yet left the EU so what is going on?
