All house supervisor, house keeping, house cleaning, nanny jobs, private nurse, domestic worker, etc. jobs emailed from someone in Canada, United States, Australia and UK are scams. No stranger in another country is going to hire a stranger in another distant country who he can't see, and pay to fly them to their home and trust them with their family. It doesn't make sense. They could just hire someone in their own country who they know or could interview! Plus, they would not be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker when there are plenty of them already in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or the United States!
Please read carefully because this applies to every emailed job offer you receive! 99% of email job offers are scams! No real company hires you without an in person, face to face interview. An email, online or telephone questionnaire or interview is always a scam! No real company ever charges any money for a job for any reason whatsoever! I received your bio data which you have sent to me through a job portal in your country and also gone through it. Firstly i would like to elaborate on the job responsibilities, salary package and welfare.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of household employees as the head of house hold staff. Also to inform and give instructions in work methods and routines to other employee’s i.e: Cooks, Cleaners, Laundry supervisor, and gardeners.
As the head of house hold staff, you will be ordering foodstuffs and cleaning supplies and keeps record of expenditures. Most importantly you will take proper care of my properties.
This job contract will last two years and it will be renewable, depends on employee wishes. Employee is free to go per time school for more education apart from working hour
The above are the job responsibilities which you have to take in charge.
Regards salary package, you will be paid 5,000 GBP Monthly and also 250 GBP as your weekly allowance. You will be giving two bed room flat well furnished and it will be independent house.
Free medication and food as well.
Kindly be informed that you must have a valid international passport before you could apply for visa in your country and I will (only) be responsible for your working permit visa to come here and also your flight ticket to come across.
Note; employee will be responsible for non appearance visa fee certificate ,150 pounds only
Note, that you will be providing to prove document needed from your side at the right time of your visa process.
If you are satisfy with the salary package and the job responsibilities, i will instruct my lawyer to prepare a contract agreement document and a sponsorship certificate from my side that will enable the embassy in your country to issue a work permit visa for you.
For your prompt awareness, I will only accept to be responsible for your visa fee and air ticket once you agree with terms and conditions are satisfied by you, kindly send scan copy of your international passport and passport photograph for the contract agreement document.
Upon confirmation of your passport, my lawyer will prepare the contract agreement document and send you a copy.
