All Hotel job offers are fake. No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK! There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs.

I got selected in Britannia sachas hotel in Manchester,london.i want to know is this a fake or crrect.
i got the same email from hilton hotel london and offering employment w/out any interview, and from the consulate embassy of india named teddy johnson asking me to pay an amount for visa registration and other related documents..I think thats really a big scam coz they dont even call or interviewed you in the first place.

I am on Tier 4 student visa and currently studying at London Business School.
A reputed Indian welfare organisation has offered me a scholarship. I have submitted all documents to them except visa fee cash receipt issued by VFS Global Mumbai north office which I have lost.
Now VFS is saying they will not issue a duplicate receipt as they do not have my data with them. I was furious. I have not taken any charity here. I have paid in full for my visa and it is not unnatural to lose cash receipt as it is not unnatural to issue a duplicate receipt. All organisations do that.
Request you to resolve this issue so that I am not devoid of my scholarship.
