All Hotel job offers are fake. No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK! There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs.

Hellow, I got appointment letter from ambassador hotal londan.For visa processing they send me a contact number 9967247294 and his name is Diplomat Mr.peterbeckham and he is the Director of visa processing assistant of asia for hotal londan. hospital on may 12 2014.And telling that Mr.Andrew Philip(ph no 090966048490 email id britishdeputyhighcommissionindia@ diplomats.com [WARNING: SCAM EMAIL]) is appointed director of visa affairs in India by British high commission.
Read the post just below your's and you will see that All Hotel job offers are fake. No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK! There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs. You have to a least pay attention or you'll get scammed!
