• No legitimate employment agency in the UK requires you to pay them any money. All fees would be paid by the employer.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a free email address from Yahoo, Gmail, or similar services.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a telephone number that begins with +4470 (070). These are non-geographic numbers available to anyone in the world.

Be very careful when corresponding with anyone who offers you a Job when you haven't been interviewed
The ONLY genuine address for anybody working at any British Embassy overseas in any country would be the first name and surname, followed by @fco.gov.uk for example: Fred.bloggs@fco.gov.uk

ANY other address given means it is clearly a scam and nobody should ever respond to anybody giving a different email address but saying that the person is a 'diplomat.

In addition, anybody who names somebody as a diplomat to correspond with over a job offer is a scam artist too. British Embassies are flooded by visa applications so no genuine British visa officer is ever going to give out their name and number to the public as they'll be inundated by phone calls and emails begging for a UK visa.
