All Hotel job offers are fake. No real hotel is going to be able to get a visa for an unskilled worker in India to come to Canada or the UK! There are plenty of workers already in those country for those jobs.

I got a offer from Halker Hunter Aviation Company,London for ground service agent who asking for visa fees.

This is similar to the one above. I responded to the mail to know it's outcome, received a mail with an attachment (forged) signed by Pat Wadors - Head of talent at LinkedIn, asking for 24,500 INR refundable deposited to attend 2 face to face interviews at Delhi. The deposit is for travel tickets and accommodation as security in case the candidate does a no show. Mail is usually received from linkedincareers@linuxmail.org
