Due to the latest restrictions on flights to the UK, my son and his wife, who are both UK citizens, are stranded in Montigo Bay!
Please advise how they can get back to the United Kingdom.

Can a British Passport be issued in Mo Bay, or must we go to the Consulate in Kingston?
