Lost passport and visa
To whom it may concern:

A friend of mine is now living in Spain for a couple of weeks now and she just want to know how to obtain a Filipino passport and visa since it was lost together with her wallets. she is only a tourist on that place. And fortunately she has a xerox copy of her passport only. Please give me an advice so that I can help with my friend. Also how much would be the approximate payment for the passport and visa and how long it would take for process.

car trouble
Hi I have a friend who has been getting fined by the Spanish authorities for a car that she planned to scrap. She doesn't seem to have filled out the right paperwork and nor does the person who took over the car. Are you able to help as she is getting the run around from various agencies and fines are still accruing. Is this something that the consulate could assist with? Rob Humphries

we have rented a Spanish house for 6 weeks
hi we rented a Spanish house for 6 weeks, it looked clean and tidy and the people seemed pleasant and wanted to help, we have never been to malaga before and last year we had a few problems so we thought that having someone next door would be good.
however when we got here we found the place very dirty , we have two disabled children zak 5 and Jamie 12 , we also have a daughter 2 and 6 and two others Callum 8 and Wayne 14 , we have to drive as we have to manny children to fly also our autistic son has to have special drinks and will only drink fruit shoots and walkers crisps ect , we come for six weeks mostly for Zak because he loves it and he is challenging .
the description was totally different from the bro sure , all we ask is the place be Coleen and we have a washing machine and are near the beach and we got none of that a shared washing machine that only would wash two towels that was all rusty and we had to go past two digs and my wife is allergic to animals and we had to share a line in there back yard that was full of dog mess and hairs and two of my children are scared of dogs.
we have taken picks and videos , the house was full of dog hairs and stunk like a kennel everything was cheap tak and broken , I spent two days moping and cleaning and still my children have dirty feet ,
my 2 year old has black feet and knees all the time, when we booked in April we told the proprietor ( MAX SPEED ) that we needed which was a washing machine a clean house and near a beach and a high chair for my youngest, we had no high chair when we got there and kept asking every day and it was tomorrow and tomorrow for two weeks , we really struggled to get her to eat without it and she fell of a stool and I was angry and they went to ikea and bought one 20e the next day , but the lady kaylee who also boasted qualifications and said child minding but was drunk most of the time suggested we put her in a dining room chair to eat and we said she got her head stuck twice.
this has been a bad experience for us , just before we went away we sorted all our bills out and there was £100 left to pay which my wife transferred before we left but did not realise it had not been paid till two weeks after getting here and could not pay till the end of our holiday and today the lady came round angry telling us we have to leave a week early but we can not go till a week on Saturday as we don't have the funds, there expecting us to sleep in the care with 6 children for a week , it's dosgracefull there is no way we can do that , we have 6 children , two with autisam and it is looking like our youngest is to.
we have had lots of problems here like the lad living here with his daughter went on a gambling drinking bender and came back in a taxis at the early hours and did not have the funds to pay the taxi, so at two am we had a frantic taxi driver banging on his bonnet pipping his horn and shouting for half an hour , the taxi driver kept shouting I call the police , he thought it was me as we are in the main house and they live in the flat next door, ( we don't speak Spanish ) and the man went funny ( MAX SPEAD ) and said to his daughter watch the drive for the police , and was looking for a screw driver to get out of the back if the police came , then he scarpered like the wind ( blind drunk ) churning stones on to my brand new people carrier , he said don't bring the police here , I am leaving , going to stay with my mate .
he left us here with his daughter and the youth scarpered blind drunk in to the outback , the police ce and thought it was me and took some convincing it was not me , the youth came back just smiling and said nothing while we tryed to say we're on holiday and it was not us , his daughter said a couple of words on Spanish, don't no what they were , and he did not come back for days leaving us here .
there is something fishy about this man , don't no what it is but he was shit scared of the police coming .
the mans name is .
max speed
the adress is
El Molina ( not shire of the next bit , can not understand the righting )

cartama

it's just down the road from carter mar roundabout , first roundabout toward esticion , lett at an unfinished cold store down a dusty track , at the end turn right and there are some black double cates.
he has a blue soft top rover car , dark blue , reg7205 DYD
and also a moped reg , C6. 839 BVJ
which the lad rides, there always drinking alcohol and getting blind drunk till the early hours, always driving and early driving to after drinking heavily , in week also but a lot at the weekend the lad regularly drives blind drunk.
I don't agree with this and want to try and stop people paying for this dump , it's like steptoes yard , nothing works , toilets sinks , water won't go down , ect ect it stinks and are inundated with insects on our food and flys , the description was not right, he says he is going to England soon for a cour of months , he says he is from Newark , I am tempted to to the police but I don't want trouble around my children , we are leaving on Saturday morning as we have been told we must leave, we paid £2300 to stay here and it has been awfull , I just thought I would mail you , don't no if we can take action in Spain or if we can while he is in the uk, I presume he will fly to East Midlands .
thanks , mr p Hessey :((
