Dear Sir
We have a three-month validity Schanghen visa and we are currently in France. We will take a Ryanair flight from Strasbourg to Barcelona on May 20, 2018 for a tourist visit in Spain. As we will make a short transit of 1 hour and 30 minutes without passing immigation control at the SNT Airport, we would appreciate if you could kindly advice whether we should apply for a UK transit visa for this airport transit.

I have lost my passport with a flight booked home tomorrow. What can you advise?!

I am a retired (78) Englishman, very "HAPPY" living permanent in a rural area of France.
I am going deaf,eyes not 100%. So its very difficult to use phone.
When applying for financial help, (with all correct documents,(all in French other than Passport).
I am dismissed out of hand or told to phone a number, even though they are aware I am deaf.
I require professional Advice for me to to contest their dismissal.
