My friends are here visiting me & one of there passports has got wet & the picture has disappeared they are supposed to fly home in 3 days what do they do
My wife and I have lived in Caleta De Fuste since 16 August 2012. We brought a 4 bed villa on campo De Golf on 28 September 2012. My wife has only been back to the Uk for 7 days during this period and I have been off the Island for 3 weeks. We have now received a letter from the tax man claiming that we have to pay a non residence tax as they do not believe we live here full time. We got full residencia and a social security number. As we are both pensioners we are what is classed as a non fiscal resident, we do not earn any money here so do not pay Spanish taxes. Have taken lot's of papers, receipts, bank statements to our solicitor but tax man still refuses to accept that we are full time resendence. So far it has cost us 240.00 euros and now we have just paid to appeal the tax mans findings . I honestly feel that we are being victimised, as I have not heard of any one else being treated like this. Robert Matthews
My junior sister has died in gran canaria, left behind her 11 yrs girl. Am the next of kilns a british citizen in uk. I want to adopt this minor and bring her to uk.
what is the procedure and what document do i need to bring.
