I am coming to Jamaica for a holiday in February 2016 and would like to bring my late partners cremated remains to scatter over the ocean. I am not looking to re-patriate but just to scatter his ashes. How do I gain permission to do this?

Abusive staff
I went to Jamaica in 2012 and whilst in the queue for departure I was approached by an English cretin from the British High Commission he took my passport and he asked me how long I had been there even though the stamp was clearly visible and where I had stayed and where I had visited. I answered all his questions and told him I was no drug smuggler or taker and I wouldn't answer anymore questions, I was then sent over to have my suitcases examined and of course they found nothing. I visited again in 2013 and had my passport examined by a Jamaican national as it should be and had no examination of suitcases. In 2014 I visited again and was approached by another cretin from the High Commission and I told him I wouldn't answer any questions which as far as I am concerned is none of his business. I was then sent for my suitcases to be examined and told they were being examined for cocaine to which I told the customs officer I did not involve myself in drugs whatsoever, they tested some rum I had bought which of course contained nothing whatsoever but rum. I then was waiting to board the plane when I saw the High commission cretin and I told him they had found nothing and that he was scum, another English cretin approached and tore the passport from my hand. He told me didn't I want to apologise to his colleague as he knew I really wanted to and I said no way would I. I told him I wanted to see the head of the police who then appeared and I told him I had been targeted and I was really angry and he denied it he said they routinely check and I told him that was patent nonsense, the HC cretin then admitted I had been targeted and I told him they had no reason to do this they had found nothing and if they thought I was carrying drugs then why not send me for a body scan to which he said nothing. The cretin from the High Commission then told me he would tell the pilot I was a security risk and I would be refused admittance to board and I told him if he did that the government would buy another ticket to which he told me they wouldn't and I told him oh! yes they would and I would make sure of it. He then aggressively started questioning me as to who had funded my trip, did I work etc. and I answered only because I wanted on the plane otherwise I would have told him to do one. The British High Commission have no right asking me whatsoever any questions and I would never answer anything again. When I got to Gatwick and I was at passport control I was approached by a young English Jamaican who asked me what had happened as he was shocked by the way the cretin from the high Commission had been speaking to me.
