Job Application
Dear Sir
Hope you are fine and doing well, I am very sorry for taking your precious time, but please do not ignore it, read it carefully. This is the speech of a higher educated afghan who suffers from unemployment, discrimination, prejudice and lack of power.
This is Sayed Ahmad Farhad Razavy, an afghan citizen, living in Mazar-e- shrif, Balkh Province, Afghanistan, Graduated from International Afghan Turk High school on 2004, completed B.A. Economic in Balkh University on 2008, and have done MBA (Master of business Administration) in Bangalore University, Bangalore, India on 2010.
I got two specialization, Financial management (Major) and Human Resource Management (Minor).
I am a finance and human resource Specialist, but I don’t have much work experience.
Due to lack of experience I can’t get job or get placed in any organisations because all the vacancies announced require experiences, when you do not hire us as an employee in your organisation how can we get experience.
When I apply for vacancy in local, national and international organizations I can not get placed there due to lack of experiences in international organisations and discrimination, prejudice, language, race, religion, and etc which are considered in local and national organisations.
When the organisations do not give me opportunity to work with them how can I get experiences? How can I get promotion, developed, improved?
I do not want higher position or higher salary; I just want to get placed in your organisation, starting from zero, gradually getting promotion, developed and improved.
I attach a copy of my Resume, academic certificates, working certificates and training certificates for your consideration and kindly request you to keep them in your directory.
Whenever any vacancy announced in your organisation and matched with my Qualification, Education, Experience and career interests please contact me and give me this opportunity to work in your organisation in order to grow my career along with the organization growth and be the member of your team that is responsible for the success of your organization and one of the reasons for success of your organization.

Yours sincerely
Sayed Ahmad Farhad
