wellwisher and to all
yeah lo well wisher ka reply

dicision not send to all parties in 17 weeks wellwisher u r wrong, if case goes to tribunal court and heard by judge it takes minimum 6 to 8 month keep that in mind if u think i am wrong i will show u one case whole process of appeal letter how it proceds and how much time it take ,
if someone have any doubt come on my skype and have chat with me face to face i will show u the all leeter of that cases and the decision letter as well,

Hearing Date Set And Notices Sent
Estimated around 11 weeks is also not right ,
up to that process the letter recieved of hearing after 4 months in that letter they give u the date of hearing , and after recieving this letter u date of hearing is about after 2 to 3 months

@sister
Yes they so if you pay the additional I think 200 rupees for the service. Also you will receive an email first from bhc to say it's been processed so you will have a rough idea when to expect a call

Spouse visa
i applied for my husband to join me inthe UK. we applied for a settlement visa and submitted the paperwork in Mirpur. it has been 4 weeks and we have not recived any corespondance. is there a way of tracking the application?
the issue i have is that as i submitted in Pakistan, my husband used a solicitor to send the application and fees, therfore his email address is on the application form. will the responce come to my email adress which is included on the forms or the email that the solicitor submitted the form from?

thank you for your time
