salam how do u knw that they sent ur case in abu dahbi,means its on ur status?
Hello everybody
I applied for spouse visa on 6th of november in Isb, got a refusal letter on 28th of nov. Main reason for refusal was no photographic evidence or conversational record provided, sponsor letter from my wife was 5 month back dated which they also mentioned in refusal letter. Also they cant find any evidence that her visa for pakistan was granted for the purpose of getting married with me.
Right of appeal was given so i lodged the appeal against the decision.
Also reapplied on 10th of december with all those missing docs, they sent my case in abu dhabi this time. Hopefully there will be some reply in 2 weeks time
yeahh m talkng of isl as its gtng operated after 10th yaar cant wait more..:(
I dont no what to do, i have had no reply what so ever from bhc. I applied 25 th june i dont want to email them as that wont mke it process any faster, am so depressed i need my husband with me. I belive in allah n i knw i will get visa soon in sha allah. Hpe every1 whse waiting gets good news soon to in sha allah. Have faith and trust in allah and all will be fine!!!!!
Can somebody please tell me how you get informed that your case is in hold , because my partner's status hasn't chaned since of the handing the application. So is your status gonne get changed to saythat you are on hold or others way you get informed.
Salam brother , NO my status has stayed the same it hasn't changed , but I did email them and got automaic reply from them saying wait for 20 days ro get replied back from BHC in ISLAMABAD, 20 days already has passed , but no reply.
May ALLAH gives all SABAR , make DUAHs and wait that all we can do at the moment.
