Naveed: The news about the judicial hearing against the income threshold is on the UKBA website. The rest of the understanding of the rule is not rocket science if you are familiar with the law in the UK.

No haven't heard anything either, its been 2 months since i submitted extra documents and still haven't heard anything. Iv now been waiting 9 months.

hi everyone I receive B.h.s e-mails. I can confirm that we have received your wife’s application and it is currently under process, in accordance with our service standards. She will be contacted through Gerry’s visa application centre once the case is concluded and the documents are ready for collection.

Hi ali i got email and letter sent out that even tho i meet income threshold they said i do not meet it just because i had month unpaid as my dad got ill also the cacluated wrong so thats why i am on hold i submitted extra doc on 22/11/13 but still waiting :(( so lets see what happens inshallah what about you? also hadia what happen about visa did u get it??? @sunset no sis im still waiting i think march it is inshallah they will lose the hearing...
