it was fine last time i checked .has that happen to any body else??
on my tracking application it says wrong dob or ref no it was last time i checked it says write to feedback helpline..why could that be????

I'm just going to wait till 1.3.14 and then email them again. I'm not sure how they work to be honest. Some people get contacted for extra docs and some that have applied after us get response b4 us. Mmm confused.
sabs im in the same situation applied 3rd sep, emailed them 3 months later, got a standard reply still processing, got my MP to look in to it, MP got reply where still making enquires, emailed them again on 21/02/14. I will be going back to my MP after 3rd march. tick tock............waiting
Do you think it's best to wait till 6 months and then email them again?
