can i ask where u applied from similar situation spoke to mp waiting for response its probly been 24 weeks for me aswell thank u
Today I went to see my MP 3rd time and he foned homeoffice in front of me and ask for a date of a desion on my application coz its over 29 weeks.They said to him that I will get an answer with in 5 working days,plz every one pray for my wife.
Applied in aug 2013 no extra doc and no letter or email.

BHC cannot refuse any visas at this point due to income threshold as they are currently putting all applications on hold that they believe do not meet the financial requirement.
You must have another reason for them to refuse you as in no way they will refuse solely on the basis of income threshold.

Sister I applied for spouse visa as my spouse is british and Alhamdulillah still waiting.

its strange that they refused application cause of income,cause i was thinking that they put on hold applications till march:(

Why did they refuse you based purely on income, did you not state your 65000 in savings?
