The court case is tomorrow, even if the income threshold is sorted it does not mean the applicants that are on hold will get the visas straight away you would have ro wait till its implemented which could still take months. Main thing is its sorted then the wait wont be as bad to be honest.

They asked for six months bank statements we sent more statements, they did not say why they did not accept my documents. im guessing its because they were not prior to application, they were after.
