today i received message to collect our passport i am going to collect my passport on Monday anyone tell me is there need to book an appointment or i can go on specific time that they give me 2pm to 3pm Monday,Thursday and Friday
second thing i called gerry's number 090010411 when i press 7 to customer service call automatically go to main menu kindly tell me
