I need to apply for a second UK passport. I have a letter from my company stating the reason why i need a second. I am applying from Malaysia. Do i need to send my first passport with the application as i need to travel overseas every second week? how long does it take and what is the process?
Thank you

Renew red passport, living in Thailand.
Dear Sir or Madam,
My passport is now full and I need to renew it via the H/K embassy, unfortunately I cannot work until I get the passport back and get my non immigrant B visa, I'm a teacher. Is there any way to speed up or possibly fast track a passport renewal via the H/K embassy?
I would fly to the embassy if I could be assured of a passport there to collect in a shorter period of time than 3/4 weeks.
Is any such facility available? I am obviously a full British citizen, I have been in Thailand for 3 years, it is my fault for not checking my available pages, but I was wrongly told by my school to use the last few getting a tourist visa whilst they generated the documents to go back and get a non B, I was hoping to have got a new passport by that time but they have now said no non immigrant B visa, no work/pay.
Thanks in advance Rob Stirland.

Return of Old Passport on Renewal
Hi, I applied for a new passport back in January 2013. I received my new passport back from UK via DHL. However, my old passport was not returned to me and this will definitely cause problems here in the Philippines as it contains all my Bureau of Immigration Permanent Resident stamps and the bureaucratic stamps dont give a damn and demand the old passport!! Kindly return same or at least a xreox copy of the pages authorising my permanent residence in the Philippines. My new passport number is 514490790.

To Sponsor a Dependent
Dear Sir or Madam,

I have tried many times by sending emails to the UK Border Agency but I have failed to get any response.

My problem is that I am a British Passport holder but I have never been to UK since I have been issued the British Passport. I have a son born in Hong Kong and he wish to continue his A-Level education in the UK which will be in two years.

My main concern is to sponsor my son to UK for his further education and I would like to know whether I am eligible to sponsor my son from Hong Kong.

I would be most grateful for your advice.

Best wishes,
Ms. Krishna
