The Scandal of Organised Robberies on Swiss Trains Today I was robbed on the train from Geneva Airport to Sierre of all my valuables. I have been aware of this ever-increasing criminality for years, but today I fell victim to one of these gangs. My experience of the utter chaos amongst the train staff and the police, has highlighted to me why this situation has been allowed to deteriorate so badly over recent years. The damage to the reputation of Switzerland and the misery and distress caused to vast numbers of tourists each year, is in itself a scandal.
It is long overdue for the police and CFF to take action, introduce proper security measures and begin to deal seriously with this cancerous growth of lawlessness on trains.

Travelling with Non Machine Readable passport? Hello,
I am a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago and i hold a trinidadian passport that is NON machine readable. In October I will travel to trinidad and my flight itinerary takes me in transit through the UK (London) and the USA. I have applied for a Visa at the US Embassy and i have been told that I can trvel with my non machine-readable passport. However I am unable to determine where I can get precise information from the UK on if I can indeed travel through the UK with this type of apassport. As a Trinidad and Tobago citizen i do not need to have a Visa but when i consult the UK embassy/Consulate pages, I am unable to obtain a response for my question on travelling with this type of passport.
Please help.

I need A Visa for to go a Weekend to London To play Softball Im a Cuban I live in Switzerland since 16 years(Bewilligung C),and because i play Softball in September(13-15)is gonna be a tournament in London(World Series)and I belong tot he Team from Switzerland who goes there but because Im a Cuban(Cuba) I need a Visum,can u please Contact me or let me know Where,Time I should go to get this Visa(I need for a Weekend Sept 13-15.2013)I booked my fly Already,my Hotel(> Heathrow Airport (Bath Road) 15 Bath Road Hounslow Middlesex England TW6 2AL,and I have to know as soon as posible,i just need to know Where I should go and Wich Documents I Should take with that You give me the Visa
