I wish to visit my brother after many years in United Kindom with my 3 sons who possess German passes for summer vacations .

Ich benötige einen Termin für das Touristenvisum zu beantragen. Die Einladung von meinem Neffe habe ich bereits.
Ich habe türkische Staatsangehörigkeit und besitze eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis bis zum 04.03.2016 gültig.
Ich wohne in Gelsenkirchen und möchte ich gerne in Düsseldorf einen Visumantrag stelle.
Es wäre nett, wenn sie mir darüber informieren, welche Unterlagen mitbringen muss.

Tried to ask questions about visa application by phone provided by the uk.gov website. The line was either engaged or dropped immediately (deliberately) after being connected.
I have not you'r account number so, how Can i pay the payment fess.
I live in Germany and my passport needs to be renewed soon. The Embassy in Dusseldorf closed last year. I phoned the Embassy in Berlin, got a recorded message about renewals, all has to be done through the UK. Tel: 0044 300 2220000 to get through to a call centre (I ended up speaking to someone in Ireland)!!! Turnaround time for Germany renewals is 6 weeks!! One can go to a Passport office in the UK when on holiday there BUT an appointment has to be made not more than 3 weeks in advance and a "one" day service is offered and you can collect your new Passport 4 hours later, cost 120.00 GBP. Still cheaper than applying directly from Germany but in any case, if one isn´t near a Passport office then very time-consuming. I have elderly parents living in the UK so need to have a Passport to hand in case of an emergency and I find the whole process totally un-acceptable!! It was a lot easier and quicker applying directly to Dusseldorf. As many people living in Gemany know, very often a Passport/Ausweis is asked as a form of ID in many cases so what do you do if you haven´t got your Passport to hand??? By the way, at the moment there is a back-lög of 30,000 Passport applications at the Passport office in Liverpool! Enough said!!

Recently i booked a minicruise included newcastle for one day, but i have a turkish passport and a identity card. I' m born in the netherlands and live here also, my husband has a netherlands passport. Do i need a visa to go for ONE day and its with a ship!
