i am a Ghanaian staying here in Germany for 11 years now.And i have a Ghanaian Passpost.and i have bought British airways ticket travel to Ghana.with my wife she is a Germany.i want to no if i need a transit Visa.we will stay in the airport for 3 hours.

During the general election They can count the 40 millions Voting ballot papers for the whole of the UK in no more than 72 Hours. All results are done, declared for television,media and Broadcasting. But for British citizen on holidays or living in the EU(European Community) the waiting time to obtain their passport,renewed passport or Visas or others takes no less than Six whole.months. That's if your numbers have come up or likely to come up anytime !

Dear Sirs/Madam,
My 18 year old son is a British national living in Germany. He is currently on holiday in Spain, travelling on a provisional German identity card, as he has mislaid his British passport. He is due to travel to the UK 3 days after his return from Spain. Can he travel to England on this provisional "passport"?

I want to help in answering some of the questions post here by prospective visa applicant to the UK. you cant fly to the UK on a free visa scheme without holding a European passport. you can be married an EU national and be issued a permanent resident, that does not qualify you to travel to UK without a visa. You can only do that when you have become an EU citizen- It does not matter how many years you have been in Germany or what resident you hold,, holding a permanent resident or having married to a Germany national might increase the chance of getting the UK visa but that does not make you qualify to fly to he UK without a visa

Let me know about on arrival visa , I already went in London 2 times first 2011 for a month and second time last year 2013 nd now I got my permenant residacne visa in germnay . My wife is German passport holder nd I would like to visit my friend nd his family so
It's possible I will fly without visa means I will get on arrival visa in uk. And I m Indian passport holder .
