Hi, I sent off my application for a french driving licence in September last year. Nantes acknowledged it was being processed but a delay. I have recently contacted them again, but have had no response. I am still waiting and my English license expires in September.
I live and work in France. I need my license for my job. I am extremely concerned. Please advise
Please can you help me I have train transport card which entitles me to free train faires as i am registered with the pole emploi un benewn to me you are meant to show your train card at the ticket office where they will print you a ticket. I unwittingly boarded a train from Toulouse to Villefranche de Lauragais when the ticket collector came I showed my transport card she asked if I had brought a ticket and I said no because i have a transport card. Then she gave me a 100 euro fine!!! I went to the ticket office where they gave me a number to complain to I finaly got through to them and they wouldnt listen they just said if I don't pay it they will triple it!! Please help I am willing to pay the train fare but not the fine!!
We were helped by a very lovely lady whose name I have forgotten .On the 15th September She made us welcome and sorted our problem of lost passports out I

I am a British citizen living and working in France since 20 years and I am writing to ask about dual nationality for my daughter who is 7 1/2 years old she was born in 2007 in Albertvill in Savoie France. She has both her "livret de famille français" and her English birth certificate, but her passport is only in French. Is it possible for her to have both ? Can i apply for her to have dual nationality or not.
I would greatly appreciate any information that you can give me.

I contacted the Consulate by e-mai to ask a question ref passports and waited, and waited and waited, but no one bothered to even reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
