I'm here in Beijing City to study and I only ask about visa requirement for Samoa passport to travel to British, Am I allow to visit British during vacation without visa or Do I have to apply for visa?

My husband and I will be travelling to Samoa on june and we have noticed there is no Spanish or Bulgarian consulate in Samoa, we have lived in the UK for many years and would like to know if we have the right to get assistance from the British consulate should we need it.
