purchased a property in alanya several years ago and strongly suspect the agent is corrupt-who would be the best person in alanya to seek initial advice from- concerned now re running up large legal bills in order to pursue a case against him

British registered car in Turkey
I have had my car in Turkey for 173 days and was under the impression I have to leave before next Friday; 180 days from entry:
I am 72 years of age and have been told the the 180 days does not apply to persons over 65 and I can keep the car with me for 1 year.
I do hold a residence permit.
Please can you confirm, as I wish to stay a further week or two.
Yours faithfully,
Lawrence Griffith

Lost with know where to go
Hi I am a 23 English girl who got a summer job working in turkey Antalya at melas lara hotel.. I was working very well 6 days a week 14 hour days, I was mentioned on TRIPADVISOR and holidaycheck by the guest saying I am doing a good job etc every day my manager was telling me I am working good and for me to get more people to write TRIPADVISOR reviews about me and the hotel..and then one day he turn to me and said to me I am racist, because No one wrote about the other team members, I lost my job an they threw me out of the apartment with know where to go..I have no money and no where to stay and can't even buy a ticket home, I was treated very badly at this hotel was refused a break and refused drinks wen I was thirsty.. Made to work in unbareable heat, made to work when I was injured and sick..when I do finally get home I will be calling for a official complaint about this hotel.

Sexual Predator at Turkish Baths Altinkum
My wife and I visited the Apollo Turkish Baths n Altinkum. We have never been to one before and thought it would be a relaxing day spa type thing. How wrong we were. The young man there tried bumping me up the queue obviously to be left alone with my wife. After the soap treatment he then proceeded to splash water in my wife's face so she put her hands to he face then he pulled her bikini bottoms out take a good old look at her private parts. I obviously intervened shouting NO! at him he tried laughing it off. Now we are back home and safe in England I don't seem to be able to find any trading standards office, any email addresses for the police or Lord Majors office. Can anyone help me please as these places need to be closed down, these young men see English women as objects for their sexual gratification. I was too afraid to do anything whilst over there with it being a muslim country and outside the EU (where Turkey belongs). What a vile place, be careful over there you are not safe.
