i am working with McDonald's Riyadh and would like to know what are the requirements to acquire visa to UAE. what are the positions allowed to take the visa upon arrival. and how much is the processing fee, in the embassy and in the airport.

i would like to visit UAE for 3 to 4day and i just wanted to know if it is possible to have upon arrival visa at airport.
i am syrian living in saudi arabia and i want to visit dubai for 5 days. will i be able to get a visa since i am syrian? do we get it upon arrival or we have to make an application?
