hi.. im working here in abu dhabi .. me and my bf , were both from Phils need to have the authenticated docs birthcert from NSO and CENOMAR..but the original local birth cert registry copy is also here in abu dhabi is it possible to send only the scan copy for my relative who will process the documents or they need the orignal when processing the authenticated CENOMAR
