Hi! I wanted to know if its needed authorization letter if my father will bring the above mentioned documents to DHL for attestation in UAE Embassy in Manila (UAE Stamp)? If DHL is not allowed to process it, where we can process it? How many days it will takes to get it? How much the fees?

My daughter is married with UAE national here in Manila last year and they send SPA in my name as atty.in fact done in UAE Consulate in Dubai to process on it along with their docs.MC with 1DFA apostile for the legalization so it will be stamp in MOFA Dubai.I try to sent it to DHL but they didnt accept it, i was really helpless and totally confused why they cannot stamp it since the marriage is done here in Manila.pls.help me to refer to any person who can settle this matter and i am willing to pay for any fees.

May I ask what are the requirements for my marriage certificate's attestation? How long does it take to process and how much would it be? Do you assist walk-in? My husband in Dubai was required to have it for my visa application.
